30 Day Return Policy – Unused Products Only
Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return your product, please contact us at To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping costs. If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase.
As our jewellery is handmade to order, pieces that have been specifically customised to your requirements cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

When returning an item, we recommend you use a tracking service so that you can confirm that item has been received by us for refund.

Caramanna Jewellery Australia uses PayPal as a payment gateway we accept Mastercard & Visa. Caramanna Jewellery Australia also has AfterPay options available. All purchases require payment before being shipped to the designated order address.
