How do I clean my jewellery?
To clean any normal oxidisation of the metal firstly wash in soapy water, then polish with silver cleaning product. Refer to cleaning care guide in products section for further information.
How secure is my credit card information?
We take online security very seriously and have taken all reasonable measures to ensure personal information is kept safe.
To check that your payment details are secure, look for a padlock icon next to the address bar in your browser.
You are also able to purchase items with secure third party providers PayPal and Afterpay.
Can I purchase items and send to someone as a gift?
Yes. Please provide name and address of recipient along with any message when placing your order.
Can you deliver to a PO Box?
Yes, we use Australia Post who can deliver to a PO Box
How long does delivery take?
A piece of jewellery takes 2 weeks to make in our Naples workshop. Allow an additional 14 days for delivery. A few days more if you live in a rural or remote location, or New Zealand.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs $10.95 within Australia, $18.75 to New Zealand.
What is your returns policy?
Returns are only accepted within 30 days of date of purchase and must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. For more information refer to our Shipping and Returns section.
